At JSM Integrated Services, we do not deploy untrained personnel. Every guard and facility team member completes our structured 5-day induction program before stepping onto a client's facility:
Day 1 — Values, Grooming & Discipline
Uniform turnout, personal hygiene, shift punctuality, and client confidentiality. Recruits learn why uniform neatness and military salutes establish authority and respect.
Day 2 — Post Duties & Visitor Logging
Gate control, delivery vehicle checks, material registers, and polite phone etiquette. Marshals practice logging vehicle license numbers, handling courier packages, and inspecting driver licenses.
Day 3 — Fire Safety & First Aid
Operating fire extinguishers using the PASS technique (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep), identifying emergency exit paths, handling electrical fire emergencies, and providing basic casualty support.
Day 4 — Site-Specific SOPs
Tailoring duty actions to hospitals (infection control and quiet zones), IT offices (access cards and laptop passes), residential societies, or heavy industrial units (PPE compliance and weighbridge registers).
Day 5 — Supervised Field Shadowing
Spending an entire 8-hour shift under an experienced field officer before independent placement. The trainee observes real-time visitor influx, shift handovers, and emergency radio drills.
